On Thursday, the watch list for the Davey OBrien Award, which honors the nations top quarterback, was released.?Last years Davey OBrien Award winner was Clemsons Deshaun Watson and he looks to become the first two-time winner since Oklahomas Jason White in 2003 and 2004.
